If your QR code brings you to the page of 404 Error / Page not found, it probably means that you did not save the created QR code or that you deleted it on your dashboard.
To restore a QR code accidentally deleted, please contact our support team.
If the QR Code was created on our public Generator, it either means you didn’t finish your QR Code or it reached its scan limits (in case of a non HD QR Code).If you want to be sure that your QR code is activated, please do not forget to press the button of "download the QR code".
