Subscription renewal

Depending on whether you subscribe online or by quotation, the renewal procedure will differ.

In both cases, our team is on hand to take all the necessary steps to launch your renewal.

Automatic renewal online

With an online subscription, automatic renewal will be proposed by default on your account.

You don't need to worry about renewing your subscription; our billing system will automatically initiate your direct debit on the date of your renewal (whether monthly or annual) to the payment method registered on your account.

Once your renewal has been paid, you will receive your paid invoice at the address on your account.

Good to know: if you would like your invoices to be sent automatically to the e-mail address of your accounting department, please contact our teams. We'll register your department's e-mail address as the recipient of your invoices.

Renewal on quotation

With a renewal on quotation, the renewal of your subscription will not be automatic.

Unitag's teams will get back to you on the expiry date of your current commitment to share your renewal quote with you, and will follow this procedure with you.
