Create Packaging products by batch

From our Atlas application, you can automatically generate your Packaging QR Codes, products and associated country/language redirections.

By completing and uploading the ATLAS PACKAGING file, you can easily obtain the QR Codes for your new physical products in just a few steps.

The prerequisites for using the Atlas

file Before completing your ATLAS PACKAGING file, you need to create the following elements in advance:

Your QR Code template: to associate the desired design with your PACKAGING QR Codes. To do this, go to our article “Creating a QR Code template”
Your brand: from your PACKAGING application
Your range: from your PACKAGING application

Once these elements have been created, you can start the automatic generation of your PACKAGING QR Codes.

Step 1: Download the Atlas file

Go to your ATLAS application

Click on CREATE NEW BATCH
Click on PACKAGING
Select the PRODUCT file from the drop-down list
Finally, click on DOWNLOAD MODEL EXCEL

Step 2: Complete the Atlas file

Each line of your ATLAS PACKAGING file corresponds to the creation of a product and its associated QR Code.

The columns correspond to the following information:

Brand Name: Name of your brand
Range Name: Name of your range
Product Name: Name of your product
Default URL : Default destination link for your QR Code/Product
QR Code Label: Name of the QR Code associated with your product PACKAGING
Bypass Geolocation: Register TRUE (to bypass precise geolocation) or FALSE (to activate precise geolocation) for redirection of your users
SKU: The SKU No. of your product (optional)
QR Code Template: The name of your Template
Type (linked to QR Code resolution) : DYNAMIC or DYNAMIC PRO (if you have a domain
Domain name (only for DYNAMIC_PRO): Select your domain from the drop-down list
Then save the redirection links in the REDIRECTION columns: the countries and language are saved according to the country codes

Finally, save the updated file.

Step 3: Upload the updated file

Import the updated file into the ATLAS box

If a disconnection has been made since uploading your blank file, click on PACKAGING, select PRODUCT from the drop-down list, then click on I ALREADY HAVE A COMPLETED MODE

Finally, click on IMPORT DATA

Your PACKAGING products and QR Codes will be generated automatically.

Your PACKAGING products will be accessible from your PACKAGING application
And your PACKAGING QR Codes will be accessible from your QR Codes application to ensure they can be downloaded

If your file contains an error, our Generator will automatically indicate the column and line on which the error is located, preventing deposit..
